FITCOFLEX® Woven Tubing

Applications:
This unique combination of woven tubing and heat-shrink technology opens a broad spectrum of applications. Abrasion protection of harnesses, rubber hoses, plastic pipes etc. Our heat shrinkable woven tubing is often compared with products such as TE’s HFT 5000, as it shares a similar composition as well as properties.

Properties:
Highly flexible, halogen free, extremely abrasion resistant and inert from all types of fluids and disinfectants.

Temperature Range: – 40° up to + 125° C
Shrink Temperature: From 135° C
Shrink Ratio: 2:1
Materials: Combination of Polyethylene and Polyester monofilaments

Identification Sleeves

Applications:
Various print methods offer a wide variety of applications for heat shrink tubing to identify wires, cables, pipes and tubes. Hot stamp, thermal-transfer as well as matrix print processes provide the most economical solution for all identification requirements.

Properties:
Outstanding mechanical, chemical and electrical resistance. Flame resistant and self-extinguishing. Printing will remain clearly legible after sterilization.

Temperature Range: – 55°C up to 135°C
