Wire / Cable

High Temperature and Chemical Resistance Wire and Cables

These products, insulated with hi-tech plastic materials like PTFE, ETFE, FEP and PFA as well as Elastomers (e.g. Silicon) are used in all areas of the medical industry. Interconnect systems between devices and sensors and connections between humans and monitoring devices demand high quality and reliability: fundamental characteristics of these products.

Very good chemical and mechanical properties, flame resistant, high temperature resistance. Can be sterilized by all commonly used methods.

Temperature Range: – 75°C to 260°C
Materials: Tin-plated and nickel plated copper stranded wires insulated with Fluor Polymers like ETFE or PTFE.
Specification: UL

High Voltage Cables

Many medical devices operate with high voltage (monitors, X-ray systems etc) and use high voltage cables insulated with plastic materials of outstanding properties.

High flexibility, resistance against disinfectants and cleaning fluids.

Temperature Range: – 55° to + 135° C
Voltage Range: up to 40kV
Specification: UL

Coaxial Cables

Because of their outstanding electrical properties and tight manufacturing tolerances these products are perfect for their application in HF, NMR, Ultrasound and CT devices. Small physical dimensions and lightweight construction ensure minimal space-consumption.

Special Cables

Application-specific construction and design of multi-core cables to customer specifications using high-tech components. Special cabling/shielding and jacketing techniques result in small dimensions, low weight and high flexibility.
